OFFICE COORDINATOR The Snoqualmie Valley Record, a division of Sound Publishing Inc., is looking for someone to oversee the office and perform a telemarketing role to generate advertising sales to new and existing businesses in any combination of all Newspaper publications. This includes display and classified advertising, special sections, preprints, print-and-deliver and any other products or services available within our family of newspapers. The candidate will dummy and paginate the paper each week, assist the Advertising Sales Consultants when needed while they are out in the field, enter display advertising orders into our layout system and issue reports for the Publisher as needed. They will answer phones, handle petty cash for the office, make deposits as instructed and assist with local Circulation issues. Must possess strong customer service and sales skills, excellent phone solicitation skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must also be team-oriented and computer literate.
